Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.
United States shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders over $55.
- Standard shipping - $4.95, typically 3-7 business days.
- Expedited shipping - $9.95, typically 2-4 business days.
International shipping
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, most of Europe, and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight, and delivery typically takes 7-21 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Shipping Protection
Optional Shipping Protection can be added at checkout for $3.95 and covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll replace or refund the affected items.
Tracking your order
Use the Track your order page or the link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.
Address changes and lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot change an address after the order has shipped. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your local carrier, then contact us within 7 days so we can help.
