We want you to love your Kassian products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund or exchange within 90 days of the delivery date.

How to start a return

Email us at projectusa2023@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges and Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.

Free shade swap

Ordered the wrong shade of Concealer or Daily Skin Corrector? Contact us within 90 days and we'll send you a replacement in the correct shade at no charge.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Exceptions

Shipping Protection and gift cards are not eligible for return. Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original seller.
